If you currently have a subscription, then wait until it expires and do not renew

cancel your current subscription if you are month to month.

Activate Your Membership

1.  Select the plan payment option below to access your discount rate. 
TechSoup recommends the monthly payment plan for the most flexibility.
Monthly payment plan: $19.99 per month for the first year OR
Annual payment plan: $239.88 for the first year

2.  Go to the Adobe Creative Cloud purchase page.
Choose carefully: This membership comes with a one-year contract obligation regardless of the payment schedule you choose. 
  • All plans are fully refundable within the first 14 days. 
  • However, if you select an annual payment plan and cancel after the first 14 days, you will NOT receive a refund. 
  • If you select a monthly payment plan and cancel after the first 14 days, you will receive a half refund for your remaining contract obligation

3.  Enter your email address and click Continue to payment.
  • If you already created an Adobe ID for a retail purchase, you must create a new one, using a different email address, to receive this discounted Creative Cloud membership. (sorry this is out of Art Is King control - we are not able to change this) 

4.  Enter your payment information and click Place secure order.


If you have trouble with the payment or activation process, please contact Adobe support and have your Adobe ID handy.

Download Your Software
  1. Answer the questions about your Adobe experience and click Continue.
  2. Your computer will begin to download the Creative Cloud installer.
  3. When the download is complete, run the installer.
  4. When prompted, sign into the application manager with your Adobe ID.
  5. Follow the prompts to finish installing your software.
Education Validation

If you receive a notification from Adobe Customer Care asking for education validation, this is an error.

​You can safely ignore it. Your subscription and download access will not be canceled or interrupted. This notification is the result of Adobe's extension to TechSoup members of a discount initially offered only to educational customers.
