​​1. Competition is open to all mediums.
2. Artist must reside in Tennessee and be available by phone, text and email.
3. Must fill out the form on the right completely.
4. If you don't have an Instagram or Twitter account, then get one.
5. You must create a video of yourself and include this: 
- Name
- Where you from 
- How long have you been creating art
- Type of Art 
- Preferred medium 
- Theme or purpose of your art 
Upload your video to YouTube and add the video link to the form. We are looking for your personality, not video production skills. 
6. Bio. 4 sentences max. 
7. Artist Statement. A couple of sentences about your art and what it means. 
8. Stage Intro. What should the ring announcer say about you as you step into the stage?  
9. Submit three pieces that show off the best your talent has to offer. 1MB max size each.
